Masters Commission

I received a letter inviting me to the LCM campus days on March 14-16th. Well I usually just throw those away but for some reason I didn't I asked my dad immediately if I could go. He said I dk but then I wasn't going to be able to go because of transportation. But an Angel named Sarah is going to take me. I am so excited! I get to see what they do. I really am looking froward to it! Thank you Sarah you are amazing!

Tuesday.

Tuesday will be a busy day for me. I am giving blood for the first time (willingly for the blood drive coming to my school) Then my bubba and my precious nephew will be here =) well my bubba for sure. I am so excited! Then Wednesday is our ELA taks test. I am so ready!

Can anyone explain this for me?

So. Today and yesterday this guy and girl have been saying how smoking is not a sin and everyone back in the day smoked pot and stuff and Jesus did to. I was trying to prove them wrong but couldn't but I think I had a good point. They kept saying Gen. 1:29 tells them that it is okay.

"Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food." - Gen. 1:29


I said it dosn't mean making the plant into some joint and smoking it, they meant eating it as is.
Is that right or wrong? And how can I show them Jesus didn't smoke pot and stuff?
