Why is the question.

Why can I not take a peaceful jog with my dogs at night without getting seen by this big dog that would kill all 3 of us?

Why cant I take a peaceful bike ride without getting chased by this monster?

I miss my old neighborhood before that thing had to move into it.
No more jogs no more bike riding no more walks, unless I go somewhere more peaceful. grrr. I should call the pound on this thing all him and his little friend do is roam around my street, and tease my dogs.
