Sam is my art work! This bible was in somewhat good condition before we did what we did. One of these pictures are going to be used for fine arts I'm not sure which one. But we needed this bible to look worn...So I ran over it with my car several times.


Anyways....
Some people have struggled with losing Faith in God to gain Doubt in their life, just like Thomas did... They do not give God enough time to work in their life. They don't give him the time. So instead of giving them time they just lose all Faith and get Angry with God and turn totally against Him. So this is what Sam is illustrating...

My new hobbie

I love cooking. I have cooked dinner for a week now. It is fun. I am able to cook healthy meals not the packaged kind. Actual REAL food. not bagged food...Tonight I made rice, broccoli, noodles, and cream of mushroom soup. Mixed all in a big bowl. Mmmmmm..was it good! I think my biggest hit was my chicken. it was good. I fried it but using butter and put spices on it. and served it with salad and broccoli. I can't wait til the next meal! What will it be?!?! I shall leave you with that!

I was right.

My wisdom teeth are coming in =( They hurt so badly. It hurts to eat and my jaw constantly hurts.
Advil does not calm the pain... what will? nothing? I am kind of scared to have the cut out just because it will be painful and that means no talking. How in the world will I survive? Well at least til the pain is calmed. Do they actually cut your gums open? and stitch it back? yuck yuck yuck.
At least they are only the top ones. but still they hurt =( My dad teased me and said "You are gaining wisdom, from your teeth." hardie har har.... very funny....

Midol for Dogs

Can someone please get me some midol for dogs?!?!?!?!? I beg of you...My little dog has gone into heat and she is sooooooooooooooooo moody! I am so not playing! I was just playing around with her tonight and she got so angry!!! which she has never done before....

wisdom teeth

I think my wisdom teeth are coming in ... I have had strange head aches but they are not on my head they are on the side of my face going down to my jaw. Tiz not a great feeling.

Pure Embarrassment

Today I made an announcement slide for the Youth parent meeting. Well the keyboard in the sound booth is hard to type with because it does not like the "N, A or 4" much. So when I made the slide while Landon was talking I misspelled "parents" I put Prets or something like that. I did not notice it since I was in a hurry to get it done and so I put it up there and when Landon was done talking I took it off...Well Pastor asked to put it back up there so I did and He said "Who ever made this slide does not need to teach your kids to spell" I am embarrassed for life! Stupid keyboard.

An Idea...

If we do fine arts this year (Which i am praying that we do) I want to enter some of my photography. So Sam and I came up with some good ideas.

I will be photographing her doing the following...

1. Reading the bible with a serious attitude.

2. Her not having patients to wait out Gods plans, she throws the bible on the ground and get an action shot of her stomping on it with anger.

3. Getting an action shot of her throwing away her bible into a dumpster.

The reason I think this would be good is because there are a lot of Christian people that give up on God, because they do not wait out his plan in their life. So when people throw away their faith the only thing they are gaining is doubt in God. (we have also been talking about this in youth for the past 2 weeks. I think it goes with the theme everywhere because it is true people everywhere give up on God.)

I will post pictures as soon as Sam and I get time to do this.

I can not wait until Monday. I would say Saturday but I have to help my parents finish a stupid house that people do not have to take care of. anyways back to what i was saying. I can not wait until Monday because Monday I get to sleep in. I have been going to bed early but not falling asleep until around 11. and then waking up in the mid mornings ready to go and then i finally fall back asleep about an hour later and then i have 2 hours to sleep until i really have to get up.

have I confused you yet?
Bottom line is I cant wait to sleep in!

Prayer Circle

It is amazing that our school does not bother with our prayer circle. I went to it for the first time today and it was amazing. It is held only by teenagers from our school. They give a simple message and then pray. Today that talked about Faith and there were about 20 people there. Just trying to get people to go to youth with you is hard, but I find it harder to witness to others and them just blow you off. So I do still talk to them about Christ and stuff but most importantly I pray for them. Just like I did for my friend Sam. I found out last night she is dropping out of school and moving towards Paris Tx with her fiance. She has had a hard life, I do not understand most of it but even though she talked to me about some of it I just did my best to talk to her and then just prayed for her. Hopefully God has something amazing planned in her life.

BAM sucka!

My teacher has been caught! She yells at me for nothing! Tiz true because I have witnesses! And I had another teacher shocked whenever the students told her I was being yelled at. I am a quiet person who does my work. What is there to yell at?

Our Healthy Menu for Next week

I've decided I need to start eating healthier so I made up this menu for my family and I to abide by. I will be proud to say I will be doing the cooking I have not yet found whatelse to fix for dinner but as soon as I do I'll add it.

My breakfast:

Monday: Special K cereal with milk

Tuesday: Fresh fruit (apples and oranges mixed like fruit salad) with milk

Wednesday: Scrambled Eggs with milk

Thursday: Special K cereal with milk

Friday: Fresh Fruit (apples with oranges mixed like fruit salad) with milk

My Lunches:

Monday - Friday: Sandwich with whole wheat bread,with ham, lettuce and tomato on it a nutrition bar and water

My Dinners:

Monday: Garlic Chicken served with fresh broccoli and a salad with water

BAM sucka!

You like it? Just finished it today (Started it Monday) It is an etching project. I had to trace the image then retrace it onto the black paper and etch out the black! Then I could not touch the paper while etching because it seals it and it is harder to etch once it's sealed, after I finished it I had to rub my fingers all over it to seal it and note the little extra etched on side of the Indian was not meant to be there my teacher said lotion would help seal it better so I put lotion on right before that class and BAM sucka see what it did to my art? Then BAM Sucka it's finished!

This Cd has a lot of devotions on it and personal stories. It is fun to listen to it. I would rather listen to it then music. I really understand it and enjoy it. I've listened to all 30 tracks about 3 times since yesterday and I don't get tired of it. It actually motivates me. Makes me think about things. It's different. They don't just talk but they have music in the background and they talk. This is not a video below but it is what I got the blue off of. It is more music then most of the tracks. Some have more music then talking and some has more talking then music. But every track has scriptures. It's really cool. I hope that I can get more girls to go the the Revolve Tour with me this year. Trust me it's life changing!

"So it's the New Year.. Missy came with me last night to a New Year's Party at my church and it was totally AWESOME.. we brought in the new year with praise and worship! It was GREAT!.. but before the party Missy and I went searching for matching shirts.. well that never happened so i got a white shirt and she got a black one but they are the same type of shirt and then we got some jewelery (necklace, earrings, bracelet, headband) all of which I had to talk her into getting.. haha. well i made her a girly girl and at first she was not to sure about the whole thing but in the end she loved it and it is a new year's resolution for her to be more girly.. YAY go Missy!!! ( I am sure I can help you out!) Well we totally had a lot of fun at the party and then came home tired and went to bed after Missy got on the computer and I watched tv, then today we woke up super early.. like 9:30.. AHH!!! so did not want too but couldn't go back to sleep. so then we hung out and watched a movie or two then ate some pizza and then we went out with my mom to get me a phone.. which was a success and it is PINK as I would want it to be! :) after that we went to wal-mart to get some thing and then came home and Missy had to leave :( but it was okay cause we had such a GREAT time together!! :D Well that's what I did on the last day of 2007 and the first day of 2008!"

HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!!!

Tonight I had a really fun night at my friend Christy's church. Since we didn't do anything at ours I went with her.There were some people I knew since I went there before I went back to SAF and they were glad to see me...

My friend Christy and I went to find us a matching shirt today...Well no luck instead we got black n white! I wore a black shirt we found and she wore a white one. We had head bands, necklaces, a braclet and earings that went with our "Theme" it was fun. I was very "GIRLY" dosn't sound like me does it? You will be in shock when you see the pictures! I had make up on and even my hair done! It was amazing! I should be 'girly' more often!!!

When we had the new year count down we had praise and worship right at the beginning of 2008 it was amazing. God showed me so many things he wants to do with me this year. And he even laid someone on my heart to minister to. Now only if she will listen to me. This is going to be a challenge. but as God said "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" So I can't wait to see what he has in store for me!

Dear Lord,

Thank you for another year Lord. Thank you for dying on the cross for us and forgiving our sins Lord. Please help me through 2008 and please help me do everything I do more for you Lord then myself. Lord please help me be able to minister more about you and be able to reach out to more people. Please continue doing everything you do Lord.
